Enjoyed the relaxing pool area and tasty breakfast options. the private beach was just sand, and the noise levels from the pool were bothersome. A mixed experience with minor issues in service and cleanliness, especially in some rooms. Despite these drawbacks, good vibes overall, and I'd still recommend it for a relaxing getaway with easy access to local attractions. Would love to see some improvements on sustainability and breakfast variety for a more upscale experience.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. The room and bath were spacious and elegantly decorated. The sofa and bed were incredibly comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly and professional, particularly Kineil, who ensured guest satisfaction. I appreciated the hydration station and the well-maintained pool area. the breakfast served on disposable plates felt inconsistent with the property's environmental surroundings. A true beach experience was lacking, as access to clean water was limited. my late check-in felt unnecessarily prolonged, leading to frustration. While the accommodations were lovely and clean, minor adjustments could elevate the experience. For the price, expectations were high. Would I recommend it? Yes, but with reservations.

The rooms, in the cottages, were nice and very clean. The pool was fantastic, offering a great bar with delicious drinks and food. Also, the staff by the poolside was friendly, which added to a pleasant experience. It's worth mentioning that the hotel has a huge pool and a large hot tub, providing guests with a relaxing atmosphere.

The beach area was a bit disappointing as there was no access to the water due to algae. Additionally, the wait for check-in was longer than expected, with some confusion about room readiness.

The view from my balcony is just stunning! The pool area is spacious and feels like a mini paradise with friendly bartenders slinging drinks.

Had a great xmas stay! Rooms were spacious and modern; the breakfast variety was excellent. Conveniently located near free parking on Truman Avenue and a short walk to Duval Street. Loved the free waters on every floor and the bottle of champagne in the room.

Music by the pool was a bit loud; lacking towel racks/hooks in the shower.

The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief given the warm weather outside. One thing we appreciated was the inclusion of breakfast and water bottles in the resort fee. The breakfast selection was a bit lacking, and the limited hours meant we missed it one morning. The staff, especially Cherag at the front desk, were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. On the downside, the hotel lacked a gym according to misinformation from the front desk, and some staff members, like Hannah and Lee, were not very friendly or helpful. The location, while decent, was not as convenient as we had hoped for exploring the city center.
